Wonder Woman - Day of the Deathmatch - Niel Jacoby

Panel 1: Wonder Woman, in her modern, pantsed(or whatever means "including pants", because I can't think of a good word for that that doesn't end up meaning the exact opposite) attire, stands before Charon, who is standing in his ferry. Charon, who should resemble a sort of Dia De Muertos skeleton in a dark, hooded robe, is trying to explain something, while Diana looks, aggravated, at someone behind her off-panel. Diana is holding a coin out to Charon.

Charon: NO, NO, I DON'T GET THE COIN UP FRONT, IT GOES IN YOUR MOUTH ON THE WAY ACROSS, AND I GET IT WHEN WE REACH THE OTHER SIDE. I KNOW IT'S GROSS, I DON'T LIKE TOUCHING DEAD PEOPLE DROOL ANYMORE THAN YOU, BUT IT'S TRADI- HEY! LISTEN! HEY! I'M NOT GIVING THIS SPIEL AGAIN!

Kratos(OP): DAUGHTER OF HIPPOLYTA, I WILL BLEED OUT INTO THE CLAY OF HADES BEFORE I LET YOU BRING YOUR MOTHER BACK TO THE LAND OF THE LIVING.

Panel 2: Wonder Woman has turned to face Kratos, who we can now see, and has begun to draw her sword. Kratos has his weapons at the ready already. We can see Diana's face, and she is ticked off.

Diana: AND I WOULD SEE YOU DIE BY MY HAND BEFORE I WOULD PAY ANY MIND AS TO WHAT YOU WOULD LET ME DO.

Panel 3: Kratos and Diana begin to fight as Charon places a tarp on his ferry to keep blood off it. Ferries aren't cheap, you know.

Diana: GRRAAAH!
Kratos: HYRRRUGH!
